To meet the growing need to cost-effectively protect the State’s data
resources, the State has contracted with Verizon under the California Strategic
Sourcing Initiative (CSSI) to provide EMC information management solutions to
all State of California agencies.
Under this agreement, Verizon will deliver custom-engineered EMC solutions at
competitively bid rates. This agreement is made available to all California
State agencies through the California Strategic Sourcing Initiative, leveraging
the State of California’s buying power and processes to maximize value and the
efficiency of the procurement process. Any State of California or other
California government agency may participate in this cost-effective purchasing
vehicle for EMC solutions.
